DESCRIPTION: Design and code with Micro:bit! This workshop is part of our coding workshop series in which participants engage in a series of hands-on coding activities that connects coding on computer to actual machines, hardware, and fabrication equipment. Learn how to code your Micro:bit to design a magic dice, smart wearable, moisture sensor for your favorite plan, or… anything else you can imagine!

Recommended for ages 5-12

• Coding: Micro:bit block based coding

• Inputs and outputs for microchips

• Fundamentals in programming such as variables, loops, functions, and logic
