ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Jess Mezei is a co-founder of The GIANT Room. She has completed her PhD in Science Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. A former teacher and informal educator, from camps to classrooms, she brings curiosity and care to set the stage for learning. Jess has a passion for play and believe that creativity takes courage and mistakes are portals to discovery!

MATERIAL NEEDED: Gingerbread pieces from kit or home made gingerbread baked pieces, icing, sprinkles, candy canes, candies for decoration, tonic water, ziplock bag, ruler or flat utensil for smoothing icing, cardboard base. optional: any basic electronics such as LEDs and coin batteries
