DESCRIPTION: For kids who dare to make memories with Broadway talent! Participants will write original stories and songs, design characters, cast for their show, design costumes, build their own stage, design sets, prepare posters, and put on a big show! We’ll have virtual tours of Broadway shows and other prominent global performances, learn everything about the art of performance, and actually create shows that no one has seen before. At the end of the series, we’ll set up our group or individual shows!
Recommended for ages 6-10
We provide complimentary pick up from PS 11, PS 33, PS 41, Avenues, and Corlears for those who register for the whole semester.
FORMAT: In Person at GIANT Chelsea Hub
DATES: Wednesdays at 3:30-5:30pm, from Sept. 14th to Dec. 21st (skipping 10/5 for public school holiday)
