DIY Electronics

DESCRIPTION: For curious kids who dare to make waves through unexpected objects! Join this series if you want to learn how electric current flows and experiment to find out what surprising materials can sustain electricity, how you can build your own sensors and switches, and how to transform electricity into sound, motion, and more! Participants will be invited to become circuit designers and scientists that will experiment on fruits, vegetables, conductive fabric, DC motors, lights, solar panels, and more to see what kind of waves they can make! Turn everyday objects like bananas and aluminum foil into touchpads, surprising sounds, buzzing bugs, doodlebots, or perhaps magical lights! Come and experiment with us.
