DESCRIPTION: For kids who dare to design and play their own games!

From pixel art and animation, to spinner games and games of chance, timers and timed games, mazes and pac-man style games - we’ll explore game genres, design, build, and play our own original games.

Participants will learn about game mechanics, game design, prototyping and play-testing. We’ll craft and fabricate physical arcade games, AND code and animate digital games using arcade coder, littleBits Code Kit, Unruly Splats, and more. This camp is dream come true for kids who love playing games, from arcade ones to digital ones. Please note Arcade Coder requires an iPad to work with.
