DESCRIPTION: For kids who dare to design and create games to make a change!
Campers will become game creators and social innovators who drive real-world impact through games and immersive media. We’ll explore civic issues such as sustainability, equity, cybersecurity, news biases, and more. Camps will learn about game mechanics, game design, prototyping and play-testing, and design games to make a difference. Design a game to encourage responsible recycling, a game to bring awareness about biases, a game to help expressing emotions, or game to connect us with others! This program is inspired by Games for Change organization’s work.
