DESCRIPTION: For kids who dare to advocate for causes they care about!
Join us for an interactive and engaging workshop at Corlears School full of hands-on creative projects centered around MLK Day of Service! Families are invited to participate together in dreaming and building for causes they care about using craft materials, DIY electronics, and recyclables. We’ll make peace boxes to express what our dream worlds look like, design pins, stickers and posters that show support for an important movement, and create art with a message we want to share with everyone.
This workshop series is a great combination of hands-on creativity, engineering, arts, and crafts, focused on family engagement and fun!
