DESCRIPTION: For curious kids determined to experiment with food! Turn your room into a wacky kitchen lab! You’ll be a food inventor, learn about the science involved in a variety of recipes, and invent your own amazing tasting (or not) foods. Every day you will create new snacks, treats, or even non-edibles perhaps for toys or even imaginary creatures. We will make our own menus and host an opening night to our restaurants, ice cream shops, or imaginary slime bar! This camp is the perfect blend of science, kitchen experimentation, creativity, and socialization.

One hour live workshop, every day of the week (M-F) 10am to 11am
One hour live workshop, every day of the week (M-F) 1pm to 2pm
Additional asynchronous suggested activities and challenges to work on while offline

Chemistry - mixtures and solutions, states of matter, pH measurement
Food Science- how our bodies process taste, best combinations of ingredients for sweet/savory, and nutrition
Design- tools to help cook like solar ovens, ways to package food, serve to others
PRICE: $250/Week + $150 Material Fee (Individual packed kits for each live session)
