Marine Science: Field trip to an aquarium

DESCRIPTION: Turn your room into an aquarium! We’ll take virtual field trips to an aquarium and learn about fish and other living marine creatures.We'll then use recycled material, arts, and crafts to build our own fish models and set it up as an aquarium! We'll finally share and welcome others to visit our attraction! This workshop is a wonderful blend of science, craft, and creativity.

Recommended for ages 4-8

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Nancy Chavarria is an artist, photographer, and graphic designer based in Brooklyn, New York. She received her BFA from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science in Art in 2017. She uses her knowledge of art, graphic design, and photography to nurture creativity and inspire kids to create whatever they set their minds to through art.

MATERIAL NEEDED: Recycled material, paper, markers, scissor, tape, glue, arts and crafts material

PRICE: $20/session OR $75 for 5 sessions (you’ll save $5/session with purchase of a package)
