DIY Snow Wonderland

DESCRIPTION: Igloos, snow people, snow sculptures...Create your own winter designs that won't melt in the sun! Learn how to combine common household substances to make an inside version of snow you can use anytime of year! This workshop is a wonderful blend of craft and science.

Recommended for ages 4 to 8

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Rebecca is a flutist, teaching artist, producer, and social entrepreneur from NYC. Rebecca is passionate about STEM + Arts education, children's rights and community outreach. She studied Flute Performance at the Mannes School of Music and Arts Entrepreneurship at The New School. She loves to make music, build with everything including LEGO, sew, code, teach, and learn!

MATERIAL NEEDED: Bowl to mix snow solution, tray to build on (or parchment paper), 1 box baking soda (use 2 cups) , any hair conditioner (1/4 cup), spoon. OPTIONAL: Marshmallow, candies, glue, markers, shaving cream

PRICE: $20/session OR $75 for 5 sessions (you’ll save $5/session with purchase of a package)
