DESCRIPTION:

Join in some slimely fun as you try different recipes for slime. Will it be fluffy, sparkly or even glow in the dark? Measure different amounts of common kitchen materials to see what makes the best slime. Learn new tips and tricks to make your slime fresh! This workshop is a messy mix of science, math and craft.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Hazal Mestci a creative technologist and interactive designer from Turkey. She studied design, communication, technology and film at the Parsons School of Design. With the long lasting sense of pleasure of mixing tradition and innovation, she designs projects reflecting power structures, politics, play and education. She teaches stop-motion animation, storytelling with illustration, 3D printing, collage, sound design, game design, coding and electronics, as well as yoga, arts, math and science.

MATERIAL NEEDED: Baking soda, Saline solution. Elmer's glue, Shaving Cream, A bowl to mix things in. OPTIONAL: food coloring. modeling clay. lotion. fimos, Sand, Slime Ballz, SnoWonder inflatable snow, bingsu beads, or floam to add texture

PRICE: $20/session OR $75 for 5 sessions (you’ll save $5/session with purchase of a package)
