DESCRIPTION: For kids who dare to make the biggest artworks!
In partnership with Curious G and Me & Supermix Social Club, we have invited multidisciplinary artist, guest Shawn Bullen to join us for a free workshop on painting murals. Participants will be prompted to paint a magical community garden that encompasses their identities and experiences. In addition, our young creators will have the opportunity to make their very own AI-generated avatar by imagining the traits of their dreams! Their avatars will come to life in printed form and live in the magical community garden. Just as Shawn Bullen does, we’ll even include secret messages within our murals and take the viewer on a journey of our imaginative worlds!
Can’t join in person? Contribute to the mural with your AI-generated avatar! Send us a written prompt or a photo of a drawing or project that your child has made, and with DALL-E 2, we will transform their idea into an AI avatar! Submission sent in by April 15th will be used to create AI-generated avatar stickers which we’ll add to our murals during the event. Your child’s name will be added to the list of artisits who contributed to the mural, and you’ll also receive a digital version of the avatar in your mailbox!
