DESCRIPTION: For kids who dare to build epic games! Turn your room into an epic arcade game studio! Participants learn about game mechanics (narratives, rules, players dynamics, point systems, and game elements); learn techniques to build their own game systems like mazes, board games, sport games, cards, games of chance, balance games, trivia, and more using arts and crafts and GIANT fabricated tools. They will then be invited make your own rules, have others play their games, and refine after each round of playtesting. This workshop is a wonderful blend of hands-on making, creativity, play, giving and receiving feedback, and more play!
