DESCRIPTION: DESCRIPTION: Have you ever looked very closely at a tiny insect? We will create experimental portraits of dragons, mythical creators, and very colorful insects while familiarizing ourselves with their anatomy and life cycles. For decades engineers, programmers, and scientists have studied insects as an important source of inspiration for designing robots. In this workshop, we’ll explore the world of insects, learn about their anatomy, and create beautiful portraits of them… maybe these portraits become the first design sketch for a revolutionary robot or a masterpiece reminding us of the beauty of nature!
